When using a flashlight in a building, point it upwards.

The light reflects off the ceiling and lights up the entire room a bit instead of lighting up one small area, while blinding you of the rest of the room. Makes it easier to see what's around you as a whole.

Consider possible loopholes for tasks you don't like?

My main example is how i only own one of each type of dish. Like, one pot, one plate, one fork, etc. I don't like doing dishes (especially the swamp water it's usually associated with) so i just wash them individually, as i use them.
