As someone on HRT (the other way around 😅) I can assure you of a few things, 1. The first 6-8 months always feel the most awkward, I struggled with my confidence at first but I began to see myself as something quickly and constantly changing, like a cocoon! 2. You're already very pretty! I can see the confidence in your picture and that alone can really help, I'd recommend working with self confidence during the earliest part of your medical transition, I personally had a counselor support me but you're doing amazing so far! I'm happy for you!

From years of research and personal observations from patients in our lab, I can tell you 2.5 months is not enough to see drastic results. You're probably not going to notice anything significant until the 6-12 month period, and nothing major until about the three year mark. Consistency is key to achieving tangible results.
