Even if it may not be ideal, without knowledge of how to treat or cure my position ive learned to be ok with my lot. Im okay with pain, depression, discomfort, suffering, if nothing better comes il still consider myself to be kicking arse in comparison to what should be expected of me, am open to better if it comes, open to the same ol too if that is not what accepting your lot is in a nutshell, what you have to deal with is no longer somethjng you add additional suffering to your life over
