I just figured out, If you want to change your profile picture, don't directly delete your profile picture. Instead, upload your new profile picture and drag to the first place and then you can delete your old picture. If you delete directly, they'll ask other verification. (edited)

Interpreting is a very mentally taxing job. I’ve noticed that there is not a service available for us to vent to or have coworkers to support you through it. Like I remember getting depressed asf at 19 bc of all the things I had witnessed in hospitals without aid to process it. 😮‍💨
