Mid day Naps !
Ever since I started working from home there was no clear line of home vs work time. So I brought back mid day naps honestly it has been the best thing ever! I crash out for 25mins before going on about my day feeling great. (edited)

Mid day naps are natural. A lot of people get a dip in energy around lunch time (for most people its just a bad diet) Some towns in Spain actually close from 2 to 5pm for this sleep window. Theyre also great to break up study sessions since learning is actually digested in sleep. But just in case I would make sure your diet isnt low in protein or super high in sugar or carbs

Sometimes I feel like I'm going to die under a pile of 80%-finished projects. The detritus is found in little piles in the garage, my room, my dining room, and there a genuine mountains of unfinished junk in my mind. Is anyone else facing this? How do you finish all the little projects?
