2.5 years progress after recovering from cancer.

Two and a half years ago I was 230 lb and had to walk with a cane due to having all my lumbar vertebrae herniated by my cancer. Today I am 155 lb and thriving as I slowly gain my life back.

Hot vs Cold Shower

What are your thoughts on when to take either? I do hot shower and finish with cold water to relax and then shock my body. Helps with recovery and then wakes you up for the rest of the morning.
