Recipe: i saw this https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMYany8GT/ but i did it in a different way. First i seasoned the meat with olive oil mustard and a little bit of tomato paste than i used dry rub: sweet paprika (better if you have smoked) salt oregano coriander rosemary black pepper. In the meanwhile i started warming some olive oil in a clay pot with chili garlic onion fresh rosemary thyme and some cumin seeds. I browned the meat both sides and added potatoes seasoned with the same above dry rub and some olive oil. At this point i sealed the pot with wet oven paper and covered with the clay top. Put into oven 180 ° for 1 hour and half or required time (almost two hours for me) for the meat easily fall from the bone. Remove the top and the oven paper and put again in the oven setting fan mode to brown potatoes (required to me half hour). During this time better if you collect some juice to wet the meat preventing from get it dry. Enjoy
