Reasons why you like your hairstylist or barber
Im a Hairstylist love my job but always curious why people stick with their Hairstylist or barber. Is it a combo of great service and their personality or other things? (edited)

I'm Chinese and my barber is Chinese, in a city of majority white people. He gets my hair type. My hair grows terribly thick and he understands that he needs to take an extra 15 minutes just to layer/thin it out each time . When I tried to explain that (in English) to another barber, they tend to underestimate my hair thickness and I'm stuck with that bulky feeling on my head 2 weeks later. As for personality, he doesn't talk during the haircut and I appreciate that. I HATE it when barbers asks about my personal life too much.
