I keep hearing the stereotype about ENFJ being the best match for an INTP as partners or friends. I absolutely understand how someone with therapist vibes, the ability to lift someone up and show what they are worth can be valuable to an INTP. That's what we need as we often struggle with self-doubt and wasted potential. However, a relationship goes both ways and I wonder what I, as an INTP, can give to an ENFJ. Is it merely the fact that helping people makes them happy, and we're someone they can help, or is there more to it?

I think that they are just happy to help, but as you stated: it's a two way street. As an INTP myself, I can relate to what you are saying when you said about wondering what you could give or have to offer an ENFJ. Often I wonder, because being nurturing comes so easily to them, if I am looking cold or heartless by comparison. But when we, INTPs, really do care about someone... We always seem to find our own way to show them or people like them even if they're not ENFJs that we care about them ... Just in our own way.
