Dojo Etiquette (Rei-Gi)
It seems that, with the modernization of many martial arts, there seems to be less attention paid to Rei-Gi (manners or etiquette). With Kendo, or Aikido, this system of respect still seems strictly adhered to. How do people studying other martial-arts feel about this? Do you think Rei-Gi is a necessary part of martial-arts? Lately I have seen lots of women manifesting their fear towards men. I personally haven't had any issues and hope it will keep that way.
But one thing i did and i believe everyone should do is to learn self-defense. Pick the one you like the most. Kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, krav maga, muay thai, you name it....Here some tips. Hope you never need to use them 🤍
