Deep breath in inhaling positivity, deep breath out, exhaling negativity. Deep breath in filled with bright white or golden light. Around and throughout your body. Deep breath out expelling darkness and negativity. In with the positive, out with the negative. 🧘

Great exercise to align chakras too. By breathing in and envisioning positivity and balance through each chakra. At least this is one of the exercises I do. Would love to hear suggestions. I'm self-taught. (edited)
