Greed plus Ageing. Imagine a film being made on this very topic, that's globally relevant. A great film that rips off the societal pressure of "looking good and young". The narration revolves around a veteran star (Demi Moore) who desires to look young through a substance (Maragret Qualley), but with complications that take toll of both 'lives'. Brilliantly written and staged by Coralie Fargeat, the film, derived from her own personal experience, hits it harder about how life could be terrible for people in the pursuit of "looking young" instead of embracing and building your personality accordingly. The film is also technically sound where the cinematography and editing remind of films like "Requiem For A Dream" and stands apt for the character and scenario. The lead ladies are brilliant and Maragret Qualley's Sue is a good combo of beauty and brilliance who takes more applause. Watch it for its grit and honesty.

Best film of 2024 for me so far. It was a gutsy role for Demi Moore for her unclothed appearances as the story itself reflects on aspects she performed herself during the 1980’s. This brings a close to home feeling which reflected in her amazing performance.

Guys why is it, that as I get older the more I cannot watch a horror movie alone. As a pre-teen /teen I could sit through any horror movie and even laugh at some parts, but now I chicken out at the intro and have to watch Bugs Bunny just to prevent nightmares Can anyone relate?
