Pretty much every video game movie

That's not profitable and these days everything is about the money. Think about it bad movies with great stories would mean having a comparision of the original movies on top of much more advertisement, and a higher budget most likely to be able to turn that remake into barely turning a profit. Business wise it's an unprofitable business. Idea wise I wish it was reality so many bad movies with good stories.
