The lie that everyone tells.
I think "How are you?" Is the question asked most often in the world and most of the times the person asking doesn't really care about the condition of the other person. And then most people answer this with a lie. People say: "I am fine", But, is that person really fine? Most of us are not. Can't we just normalize giving honest answers to this question or just stop asking this question to people you don't care about.

I think it is normal in life to have certain struggles and challenges. That doesn't mean we are not fine. It is also okay to really not to be fine. I'm just trying to differentiate between having our own struggles and stressful times, and really not being fine. It's your decision how to feel about your daily hard times :) I would rather choose to be fine tbh.
