From a general point of view? Absolutely. Privacy can't be breached or should I say, Shouldn't. But from a relationship point of view, it's more about the trust factor and never privacy. I won't mind my partner going through everything on my phone cause I don't have anything to hide. Yes, it doesn't mean I'll marry a Sherlock who's constantly in doubt either.
