Your experience working with Gen Z, good or bad?
I hear a lot if criticism about gen z, so much so that employers don't want to hire them as they think they are lazy. What has been your experience working with them? Personally, I don't have big enough sample size to share my experience, but I think it depends on individuals rather than judging a whole generation.

Every generation has bad things said about them when they enter the work force, as far as I can tell. I remember negative comments about Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z as they entered the work force. It is nonsense every time, propagated by people who forgot what it was to transition from schooling to working.
