By being as neutral as possible about expressing your knowledge or skill. People automsticslly treat you like a smartass if you say anything at all sometimes so you have to just know that's going to be the case ahead of time. Basically, do snd say your part but just don't act like a cockmobile when you say it or do it - unless you're just a troll.
