I want to ghost this world, Leave behind the whispers of screens And the hum of a life that doesn't breathe. Where the air is thick with silence, Not the clang of ambition, Not the cries of the clock ticking toward tomorrow. I want to sleep into the countryside, Where the earth doesn't talk in numbers, Where the soil knows nothing of hustle, And the wind remembers only peace. Where the grass cradles us gently, And the sky doesn't scream with expectations. No more noise, No more shadows in the night That steal sleep from my bones. I've lived in the scream of sirens, In the thrum of a city that's always awake, But here, There is only the sound of his heartbeat. I want to wake up where the sun is a slow kiss, Not a reminder of deadlines that blur into one. Where money is a memory, And love, Love is the only currency we have left. I am tired. Tired of choking on the air of ambition, Of drowning in the suffocating pull of progress, Of living in the places Where souls are sold to the highest bidder. I want to live with him, In the soft fold of green, Where peace is the only measure of time, And I can finally hear myself think, In the space where we exist, And nothing else matters.
