Ok but is there like a cooldown on the second option cause I would teleport 10 miles at a time and still get where ever I want

The earth’s circumference is nearly 25,000 mi. Halved, that becomes nearly 12,500 mi. Divide by 10 mi per teleport, means you can make it anywhere on earth in 1,250 teleports or fewer. Assuming you wait 1 second between teleports, that means you can make it anywhere on earth in (at most) 20 minutes. Granted, you’ll spend a lot of that time treading water in the ocean. But still, we’ve got a clear winner.

10 meters whenever I want, hands down. Even more if I have no downtime between jumps.
