For me, it'll depend on how stressed I am and how serious the thing is that upset me, and yes I know that it isn't right of me to let it out on other people, but in the extreme scenarios (which has happened to me before) it's uncontrollable, but it is able to be... reduced in severity? Unsure of the word for it. But most of the time I do try to be calm, might take a moment to myself to let it out, but only in a controlled environment, and once I have calmed down, I'll be able to actually communicate about it.

Gonna be devil's advocate here. I think guys want all of the same qualities in a woman. Yes, guys may tend to tick more boxes with overtly 'angry' infractions if we're talking about unhealthy communication, but an unhealthy woman's handling of conflict can get pretty ugly too. And it can even be a little sneakier and below the belt. If it's true that there are really just 2 primary emotions (all the others branching off of the two) of love and fear - where do we expect guys to go with the fear part? Historically we've given the masculine guy not a lot of room to express fear, and it almost always gets expressed as anger. Women have a lot more room, and an unhealthy woman's expression of fear can get fairly messy and toxic as well. Just my 2 cents...
