Personally, I think a woman should go with the intention of paying her meal, not half. She then has the option to accept a man's offer to pay for the entire meal. That does not mean that the man is entitled to anything more. Nor should the man be obliged to pay for her time. It's his time too. Should she pay for that? Of course not.
