Have you ever experienced wherein you were not confident before about something on yourself but became confident about it eventually?

Me, I wasn't confident about my physique and I would rather just take photos of my friends or colleagues than be with them in the photos. But when I started to get fit and active, my confidence came back and people around me would noticed it apart from my physical changes. I felt good at the same time. (edited)
