Confident Community

I was confident I could overload +1.25kg🏆 today but I had to be sure after the 1st set. But my left triceps felt more like a press instead of an isolated extension. So I dropped back to 27.5kg to ensure my left can do it properly.

Next time I'll do straight sets of 28.75kg for both arms, or will my right be ready for 30kg? 🏆

TO ME, being a tall guy doesn't make me attracted to you. Having a muscular physique doesn't make me want to date you. A guy making six figures isn't my interest. A guy who fixates on these things as reasons to be valued is NOT attractive to me....

What IS attractive to me is a guy who has none of those, but is CONFIDENT in himself. And if he happens to be tall, muscular, and wealthy, he would be attractive if he knows that's not what makes him valuable.
