Yelp Elite Event at Volcano Japanese Cuisine
This is some of the amazing food I had Tuesday night at this restaurant. I started with a mai Thai and we got the salmon mango tartare followed by gyoza, shumai, spring rolls, edamame, and crab Rangoon. Then we got our nigiri sampler followed by our sashimi sampler. I picked yellowtail and salmon as usual since they're my fave. They brought us the birds nest roll then we got chicken, steak, and shrimp hibachi. After that they brought us their signature volcano roll and set the dish on fire. It was amazing. We got stir fry Udon to pair with the hibachi and finished up with mochi. It was definitely amazing. I loved the aesthetics of the place also.
