Parents issues

I get it when my parents don't let me go parties or go outdoors because they are worried about me and who I hang up with, but this thing really got me confused, they always tell me to be more out going and have fun living my best like. But like how can I have fun when they can't even let me out. And there's this thing going in our own home like my parents (asian parents) usually fight over money and I'm so sick in this house, I also experience depression and anxiety meeting other people lately It feels so scared (edited)

Ooof. That's rough. I had a friend who struggled with this. Honestly, people would lie. They would say they're going to spend the night at a close cousin relative or something, like go on a trip together or something, and then hang out with friends or their partners instead. I hate lying. Plus I'm not in any shape way or form able to lie, but sometimes parents can be really strict. There's also moving out, but... easier said than done.
