Lately, I’ve been slowly losing my motivation to go to work every single day. What used to feel manageable now feels heavy and exhausting. Each morning, it gets harder to find the energy and enthusiasm to show up, and I sometimes wonder where that drive I once had went. It’s not that I don’t care anymore..it’s just that the constant routine, pressure, and emotional drain have started to wear me down. I’m still trying, but the motivation that used to push me forward isn’t as strong as it used to be.

I no longer bring food to work...really, not anymore😩. I used to bring food regularly, but I noticed that my coworkers barely touched it. At first, I thought maybe everyone had their own packed meals, so mine just went unnoticed. But it kept happening over and over.
There were times when I cooked with excitement and happily brought food to the office, yet only a few people tasted it. By the end of the day, so much was left. That’s when I eventually stopped bringing food.
Sometimes, I still cook and send photos in our group chat. Someone would ask if I’d bring food the next day, but I’d say no😆 because I’m sure it wouldn’t be eaten anyway.🥺
I know how to cook. My food doesn’t taste bad. In our family, almost everyone knows how to cook well. During family occasions, we prepare the food ourselves, even for large gatherings.
That’s why it hurts when something you worked hard on and happily shared ends up being ignored and left uneaten.
