Is anyone here into roleplaying?
The creative writing, forum-based type. Like D&D, but less tabletops and dice-rolling and more typing out character interactions. It’s one of my most important hobbies, and I’m really aching for some long-lasting, meaningful friendships with people who also love getting way over-invested in stories and muses!

I did at one point. It really only works in a one on one scenario. Typically with more people it turns into a "I do this action" "I stop you" "But I do it anyway" "But I stopped you" Type stuff in my experience. The dicerolls are there to resolve conflict in my opinion and avoid this situation.

The Villain

How fools they all are, they don't know you as I do. They haven't seen you cry, not once. But me? I have seen you cry so many times. I... read more

Boredom
As it turns out, most are not afraid of getting bored, but the idea of sitting with themselves and finding out what they really want/like.
