What helps you?
What do you other introverts do when you want companionship by another, but you never go out anywhere that people may be, and the people who do come into your life give no meaning and put forth NO effort to build a bond ð© I donât think itâs a matter of high expectations.. any other introverts feeling this forced âsolitudeâ moment?

Well when I'm craving social relationships I go out there and make them. They aren't magically going to happen on their own. If you try to make friends with someone who isn't as interested then you'll have to move on and try again. I've found some really good friends that way. It's actually a lot like dating in that regard lol

I try to stick to one person at a time. If you take it slow it's easier to get to that point of actually wanting to do something as well as find the people that are just not for you. A lot of people just try to jump in head first and that's just not my thing slow and just talking is how I get comfortable enough to actually go out and do something. Even if it's just walking around somewhere chatting.
