Anti-inflammatory Kitchen.

Chopped apple,1 cup Flax milk with protein, 3 small sweet potatoes,1 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter, One tablespoon of turmeric, 2 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp, cinnamon. Steam the apples, make the Roux. Add the boiled sweet potatoes.

Anyone else cook for their dogs?

Started making dog food during covid when kibble ran out, and just never stopped. Chicken thighs and livers this week for protein, yams for carbs. Flax seed and fish oil for shiny fur.
