What turns Introversion Into Extraversion
Besides alcohol and illegal drugs, for example I'm sure coffee increases introversion due to the fact that it increases anxiety, the supplement ashwagandha helps with lowering cortisol and stress and I do notice I feel more open to talk. what about you guys any cool hacks
