Sausage in puff pastry wrapped in melted cheese.

Ingredients: Milk sausage - 8 pieces. Fresh puff pastry - 10.5 oz. Cream cheese (Viola, Hochland) - 8 layers. Chicken egg - 1 pc. Preparation: Roll out the dough on one side lightly, sprinkle it with a little flour. Cut into strips 1.5-2 centimeters wide. Wrap the sausages with cheese (roll the cheese around the sausage), then together with the dough, twist in a spiral so that the next layer slightly overlaps the previous one. Place the sausages in the dough in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, keeping the distance between them, as the dough will expand when baking. Brush the top with egg. Bake in a preheated 356°F oven until cooked through (until the dough is golden brown), about 20 minutes.
