One of my students gave me such a meaningful gift today by sharing after class about something powerful she realized for herself within our class and thanking me for the experience.
How I share it here doesn't even speak to how meaningful these moments were. And this was at the end of the session that begins our descent through the last few classes in which I let them know that I hope one of the things they gather to flow along with them is LOVE.
