What is the best way to wake up

I feel sleepy whole day and idk how to fix it. I can't sleep at my work and I get enough sleep too but I feel sleepy🫠

Why?

A work that pays good but you are not happy or a work that pay less but you are happy? Which is which?

So I work in a restaurant, I am the Dishwasher. My Scheduled shift hours are 3p.m. to 9:30p.m. Why is it acceptable for Coustomers to Dissregarde Posted Hours and expect special privileges just for being Paying Customers! How can people be so Rude yet Expect to be treated with Politeness?
