App/virtual learning recommendations please

Hi Boos! TL,DR:Please give recommendations for Dutch learning including grammar, writing and speaking in bitesize chunks please. Ideally with life time membership please. Thank you. A fair while ago I was learning Dutch but because Flash player became obsolete so did my product with Rosetta stone. I was also too shy to practice speaking and over time lost what I had learnt. I'd like to learn again. I'm looking to learn again and would like to learn all parts of Dutch including writing, grammar and actually practice speaking! Please could I have recommendations for bitesize learning daily? Ideally with lifetime membership too. I didn't like how Rosetta stone where some lessons were over an hour and a half plus. It became hard to continue at times. I don't know if that has changed. Also if any Dutch speakers would like to have a chat in future probably a couple of month, thst would be ace.
