I really got some good amount of focus work to do. Nd I get too much sleepy throughout the day. What u guys do to curb your excess sleepiness?? ( Or suggest me some! )👾

Music on ( punjabi Or anything) I prefer Tamil (the language we speak here) kuththu(meaning heavy dancing) songs and just dance like .. 💃anything 😆 You will get enlightenment😂.. Don't dance too much then it will be like (directed by Robert B. Weide tadatan ta tan tan ta dan) 😹

Check what you eat for breakfast and lunch. Too much carbs can spike the blood sugar and after that comes the drop in energy and sleepiness. I used to have the same problem even with good sleep, exercise and meditation, untill I changed my diet. Hope this helps 🙂

omega 3, vitamin B & D did wonders for me after 2 weeks.. especially omega 3 supplements, on those i completely stopped being tired in the mornings when i wake up! and rising earlier helps sometimes

Wake up not too late, do some exercise , read ,listen to music in between, use less phone, don't use mobile 30 min prior to sleep , read your favourite book at that time. (⁠^⁠^⁠)

Take power naps if you have a flexible schedule or do the research based work early including analysis so you have saved energy to work a little later do little exercise as well it's good to keep the mind active.
