He who angers you conquers you. - Elizabeth Kenny - you see when you get angry or annoyed at someone you actually empower them, you give them all your energy and end up feeling drained…ever notice this? When you’ve shouted or argued then sat back, the feeling of emptiness and feeling tired….this is because you’ve gifted all your energy to that person and situation in this scenario there is only one winner if you’re not doing your best to meet in the middle, and the winner will be those who want to continue the argument, those who only see their point of view. You see if people have the ability to lift you up guess what they’ll have power to drop you, this is why it’s pretty dangerous to rely on the approval of others and not the self….where as when you become the one that lifts you up, they have no power what so ever to drop you, and this will anger them more but it’s ok 🙂 cos no longer will they be draining you…and that’s why I say just don’t give them attention or energy, do this and you take away the catalyst, and thus disarm them…you then become the driver of your life and happiness, and ultimately end up smiling like This👇😁🦁👑
