Blissey V Expanded

My absolute favorite deck to run in expanded format. It's obviously not infallible, but it's super fun to play and wins more than half the time. The goal is to go second with Blissey in the active and preferably with a battle compressor in hand or a skyla or order pad to get one. In the event you go first, get snorlax in the active and get blissey prepped on the bench and hope for the best.
