Hi there! Recently I found myself more anxious then usual, perhaps due to the changes in weather, although I really love the rain and thunder. I wanted to ask if anyone has a good mechanism to deal with mild anxiety attacks that does not have a strong reason behind, just a clutter of thoughts 💭

Distraction, 100%. But also, try to let it have it's course if/when you can. It has been helpful to me to figure out the reason behind. Sometimes it's direct, sometimes something else brings up random thoughts. Sometimes it's something that passed which you cannot change, but that understanding is missing.
