Step away from what ever was the cause for a while and try and focus on yourself to restore being back to normal. Ex. I had caregiver burnout and couldn't handle the job I was at during that time because it was affecting me badly and needed the change of pace.

Take a long break from what causes you burnout and try to rest physically and mentally as much as you can. Maybe you can also went back to your hobbies that you didn’t do for awhile or get a social support form your love ones. After you clear you mind a bit, you might go back to your burtout situation (if you still want to continue with it). Then, trying to negotiate. If not possible or not getting any better, be prepared to completely leave the situation.

To take some sleep and rest as much as possible helps. You don't have to do anything. You might want to wash your face when waking up, eating what you feel like, brushing your teeth, etc. but it's not necessary when you feel tired.
