Name atleast one personality trait that you both love about yourself and sometimes also hate. I myself am someone who is extremely forgiving and i rarely find things to be unforgivable (except for the obvious things such as abuse of any kind torwards anyone and all sorts of criminal acts that requires pure evilness) But other than that i’m willing to give people, especially ones that i care about the benefit of the doubt and one more chance to prove themselves as worthy of my time and energy. If you show sincere remorse after you’ve hurt my feelings, i will 99 times out of 100 forgive you. I could never watch someone beg on their knees for my forgiveness and STILL be cold and/or angry at them unless they did something truly horrible. So yeah i love that i’m openminded, compassionate and humble enough to accept that we all make mistakes that we regret, but sometimes i find it problematic being unable to hold grudges or be resentful.. Because even if i’m emotionally driven and easily tend to forgive people wether i want to or not (even before they apologize, some never apologize at all), i logically understand that SOO many people have looked at me as a pushover for it and viewed it as their free pass to sweep things under the rug and walk all over me like i’m a doormat. I would say empathy. I love it because I love seeing both sides of the story or when giving advice, try to get a glimpse of being in their shoes and how it would feel, but I hate it because sometimes it would lead me to giving a bias advice, which may hurt them in the future. I don't want to be an echo chamber for those I care for, I want to give the advice that will help them grow.
