How to prevent self sabotaging

When the anxiety and doubts and irrational thoughts kick in, remember these key points: 》they are busy, not avoiding you. 》they aren't bored and looking for someone else, they are a healthy person and will tell you otherwise. 》space is necessary sometimes to come back with topics to share. 》there is no pressure or necessity to respond immediately every time you write. 》missing someone is perfectly normal, normalize being okay with it until they have time again. 》put down the phone and go do your own things. Jumping to extremes can be what ruins things before you ever get a chance to grow. Be well 🙂🍵
