Yes, of course. I was in a loveless, abusive marriage. And it got to the point where it was sexless, because I didn't want to have sex with my ex-wife due to how she was treating me, verbally, emotionally and physically. So I stopped being intimate with her, altogether, as I can't desire someone who abuses me in every way and was demeaning to me in every aspect of life. She disrespected me as husband, and as a man (and she threatened that if she ever got pregnant, she was taking the kid and leaving...on top of having been unfaithful to me). I've been much happier ever since I divorced her. No intention of every remarrying or living with anyone else. I don't believe in divorce or remarriage, so I'm just staying single (I prefer it anyway, nowadays). (edited)

Yes but if I'm already married those are not grounds for divorce and No we are not entitled to happiness. God never promised happiness in everything. That said when married abuse one another and deliberately work to make their marriage more miserable from selfishness, I hope there is a place just for them in hell
