Guys, Is it a red flag for you if a girl initiate the moves first?? (See an update on my next post. I made it guys )

Its related to my previous post about this guy I saw here in Boo, whom I was startstruck at first sight. I waited for an hour if he will message me but unfortunately, my charisma didnt work on him 🤣🤣🤣 and im planning to message him already 🥴🥴 but im shy and i dont have that confidence to do so, maybe he would reject me or what.. im afraid of the negative outcome of this plan..
