I ran 16 miles today at a 9:16 pace per mile. I also did the first half-marathon portion of it in less than 2 hours!

On top of all that, I even managed this despite the heat and humidity! I am trying to ease back into running after taking a 3 week break post-ultramarathon. The day before yesterday I only managed 15.5 miles at an 11/ mile pace!

I've been months on hiatus from running. And just got back into it a few weeks. I'm back where i last left off with my time. Still been aiming for 3 miles under 30 mins 😭 I never wouldve thought that DDR kinda maintained a bit of my stamina for running 🤣
