Interaction between science subject
I have many subjects in my study of medical biotechnology. Most of them are related to biology or chemistry. I struggle with getting an overview because many fields interfere with another or build on another so i wrote for myself this summary of interactions between some fields. Its not detailed i just try to put an order or a system in it. What do you think about it? The desriptions have an focus on my study they are of course not complete 1. Physics creates the framework conditions, it describes the laws in the universe It also describes what protons and neutrons are made of, quarks 2. Chemistry deals with elements, atoms and molecules that make up matter 3. Biochemistry deals with macromolecules that are particularly important for biology and fulfill specific tasks. Amino acids, lipids, fatty acids, polypeptides, DNA, RNA 4. Molecular biology is closely related to biochemistry, but it goes one step further and covers processes such as replication, translation and transcription. It is particularly concerned with the interactions of biological macromolecules with one another. 5. Cell biology and microbiology combine the interactions of biological macromolecules into a coherent system. Typically the system of the cell. (+Viruses in Microbiology) 6. Cells provide the basis for tissues, organs, organ systems and even the organism. Human medicine deals with the anatomical and physiological properties of the human organism 7. Immunology is a branch of medicine and deals with the immune system and the relationship between pathogens and the body (edited)
