I’m having an autistic meltdown on Christmas and my family is clueless. My heart rate is very fast right now. My respiration is elevated and I have trouble breathing with my mask on which I’m wearing because I might have strep throat 😔

I can’t just stay in my room the whole day, they’ll think I’m being inconsiderate and rude…I don’t know what to do and I’m typing this frantically right now. Someone please help. I don’t wanna take high doses of Seroquel just to calm down and it takes 1-2 hours to work anyway 😩

Well the chamomile lavender tea 🫖 barely helped so I took some Seroquel. Now I gotta wait until 5-6 pm for it to start working 😒

In the meantime I’m playing a video game 🎮 on my laptop 💻 Luckily the battery lasts really long before I need to charge it 😊
