My New Tattoo

I got my Co occurring ADHD diagnosis in Jan and my Autism Diagnosis in March so thought this was an appropriate tattoo of my 2nd favourite video game 😁👍

It was recently suggested to me (a few years ago) that I might be autistic and it's made a lot of sense! On the waiting list for a diagnosis with the NHS which means I'll never be diagnosed. Pretty sure though that I've ADHD. The more I find out the more I recognise it as something with me.... read more

Lone/isolated

Why does it seem that most of us are Lonely or isolated but struggle to fix that. For me I am trying to but it’s easier said than done feel free to send a dm.
