It was only this year that I was diagnosed with autism on top of ADHD as they had previously listed me as having Bipolar and ADHD. It's really made a lot more sense in my life and yet I'm now questioning my life. Anyone else feel this way?

How do you stim? For me, I meow although when I'm in public I've gotten looks before which makes me feel embarrassed and guilty because people don't normally meow in society so I end up consistently tapping my middle and ring fingers to my palm.
