Dying now but I beat my own personal best for time on a static bike without a break, 20 minutes doesn't seem like a lot but when you're bed bound for most of your life 20 minutes is ages

Today's physio freaking killed me, did almost 40 mins (in 10 min spurts) on the legs/arm bike which is so much more than im used to so now im very very dead, my whole body kills, and I don't have anything that would help with the pain 🥲 im hoping at least my migraine meds kick in before my head... read more
