Really been struggling with workouts

I should be chuffed with myself for exercising but really struggling with panic attacks afterwards , I’m trying to eat regularly and push myself but I’m coming off some epilepsy meds that make heart palpitations worse!! Maybe need to go back to Yin yoga and find a gym workout buddy

What I've realized

As someone who's never dated, I knew dating apps could be miserable for everyone. but like damn, it's worse than I thought. The curse of not being able to drive really compounds this more too (damn epilepsy makes me too nervous to even try) especially in Texas 😭
