Well it is a self-sabotaging behavior but I think he'll expect the people around him to do what he has done for them but as we all know expectation kills and yea in the end he is self-sabotaging himself indeed!

There are givers and takers in this world, I'm a giver, and it's not like you think, I take care of myself, I have to be well in order to help others, for me it does my heart good when I can enhance someone else, and not expect anything in return
